What to expect from our rental process

Step one

You will submit a request for service by returning to the home page, then click dump trailer. Please be as specific as possible to help us service you.

Step Two

Mon Valley Pallets will take information from the form to compile a formal estimate for service.

Step Three

Once we have completed your estimate we will reach out via your preferred contact method to review your estimate and confirm availability. We will also discuss site requirements and go over delivery process at this time.

Step Four

At this point if you decide you would like service with Mon Valley Pallets, to reserve the trailer for your desire day(s) and time, payment will be due at the time of booking, without this we cannot confirm the trailer will stay available on your desire day(s). Please see below for cancellation policy.

Step Five

24 hours prior to delivery you will receive a reminder text and email conforming date and time of delivery.

Step Six

Day of delivery our driver or dispatcher will contact when they are leaving with the dump trailer. A person is NOT required to be there at the time of delivery, only if a detailed and clear instructions have been given for the placement of the dump trailer.

Step Seven

***If a person is not present and the dump trailer isn't where you want it MVP will come back to reposition the trailer during your rental period, however a dry run fee will be applied. **MVP is the only party authorized to hitch, hook up, or otherwise relocate the dump trailer.

You the customer, will load the trailer. If you fill the trailer and ready for pick up sooner than your scheduled pickup date and time, MVP can come at our earliest available time (when possible). Due to booking and availability of dump trailers we cannot refund unused days because we will not have time to rent the trailer out again in that time frame unless otherwise stated.

Step Eight

On the pickup date access to the trailer must be unobstructed and all loading completed, the area directly around the trailer must be clean and clear of hazards. (Debris, sharp objects, nails, screws, etc...) Back doors must be closed and latched. We will take trailer off property directly to the landfill during regular business hours. If pickup is after business hours the trailer will be taken the next business day.

Step Nine

At the landfill the loaded truck and trailer will be weighed after dumping the empty truck and trailer will be weighed again, at this time a weight slip and receipt will be sent to the customer and the card on file will be charged with overages and fees that apply.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled more than 48 hours from your scheduled delivery date and time a full refund will be issued.

If canceled 2hrs to 48hrs from your scheduled delivery date and time your refund will be LESS the current daily rate.

If canceled 2 hours or less from your scheduled delivery date and time your refund will be LESS the current daily rate and your delivery fee.

If the trailer is already on site, no refund will be issued.
