Fees to expect

Here at Mon Valley Pallets, we pride ourselves on being transparent. Below we have outlined most of the fees you can incur. All fees applicable to you will be charged to the card on file after trailer is dumped unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions, please ask.

Dump Fee (per ton) $79

Dry Run Fee (per mile) $1.50

Delivery Fee

Unauthorized Items Fee (per item) $25 plus disposal fee

This fee is for any tonnage on trailer above your included amount. This is what the landfill charges us. These fees are subject to change.

This fee is for if we arrive to pick up or drop off the trailer and can't do to being blocked in, over loading, overweight, or anything else that obstructs delivery or pick up of dump trailer.

0-15 miles - $50 16-30 miles - $100 31-45 miles- $150 46-60 miles- $200 61-75 miles- $250 76-90 miles- $300

This fee is for every item that is on a dump trailer from the unapproved list on the process page.

We know these fees below are high, that is to discourage over loading equipment for the safely of the public, our customers, our employees, and our equipment.

Over Container Weight Limit $100 per ton plus Dry Run Fee (each Trip)

This fee is for when you exceed the max safe GVWR of our dump trailers. (This is usually a payload of 10,000lbs)

Over Filled Fee/Heaping $100 per ton plus Dry Run Fee (each Trip)

This fee is for when you load higher than the side wall of the trailer.

Labor Fee $30 per hour per person

Only time this fee applies is when we have to clear heaping off the top of dump trailer or we have to manually off load an overweight trailer.
